At Least 21 Killed By Explosion in Syria

Syrian activists have announced an explosion has hit a vehicle in southern Syria, killing at least 21 people, including six women and four children.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the blast happened early Wednesday as the vehicle was traveling near Tel al-Juma, in Daraa province.
