At Least 21 Dead as Tropical Storm, Hurricane Hit Mexico

The death toll from heavy rains and landslides caused by Tropical Storm Manuel and Hurricane Ingrid has risen to claim at least 21 lives in Mexico.

The stormy conditions which forced thousands to evacuate have also prompted some communities to cancel Independence Day celebrations planned for Sunday and Monday.
