WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has addressed permanent representatives to the United Nations General Assembly, speaking about the ethical and legal aspects of diplomatic asylum.

Addressing representatives of the United Nations, the WikiLeaks founder added that Bradley Manning, accused of 'death penalty crimes', was "degraded, abused and psychologically tortured."
