Amtrak Train Partially Derails Overnight in South Carolina

Seven cars of an Amtrak passenger train headed from New Orleans to New York derailed overnight in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the company said in a statement.

All nine of the train's cars remained upright, and there were no reports of serious injuries, Amtrak said.
